MX Fitness

Alan Milway of MX Fitness.co.uk will be Marks new personnel trainer. Alan writes for the DBR magazine and has trained many top MX riders over the years with great success. Alan will be working closely with Mark firstly preparing an initial diet and 6 week fitness plan, Alan will also be helping Mark recover from his knee operation over the winter and getting him back to full fitness for his assault on the 2009 QX British Championship.

Desertmartin Delight For Anderson ATV Suzuki

Saturday the 26th of April saw the Anderson ATV Suzuki Team travel across the Irish Sea
for the second round of the 2008 ACU British MMX Quad Championship, the fantastic
Grand Prix circuit at Desertmartin the venue for some spectacular racing throughout the
day. After a mixed bag of fortunes from the opening round for team mates Carl Bunce
and Mark Watson,
