MVR-D Suzuki rider Matiss Karro proved he has the pace to run with the world's best at the weekend, as the RM-Z250 rider just missed out on a podium finish at the British Hawkstone Park International event in Shropshire.

Qualifying inside the top 10, Karro was in impressive form from the off, moving though the pack in race one to as high as third place before a battle with Nicholls and Verbruggen in the final stages of the race saw Karro drop a place in the last lap to still take an impressive fourth position.

MVR-D Suzuki's Carl Nunn took the Red Bull Pro National MX1 Championship title at the weekend, after the Suzuki RM-Z450 rider rode to a pair of solid results, lifting the championship trophy at the last round of the series at Wakes Colne in Essex.

Battling with championship rival James Noble in-front of the 5,000 strong crowd, Nunn simply rode with the title in mind, shadowing Noble in both motos to finish runner-up in each to become the 2009 champion.

MVR-D Suzuki rider, Mattis Karro, dominated round three of the Maxxis British Motocross Championship at the weekend, taking a tremendous double win on his RM-Z250 at the Brampton circuit in Cumbria yesterday.

Karro, who had not ridden at the track before this weekend, dominated the first MX2 race with an 11 second lead over rival Jake Nicholls early on, settling into the pace and still crossing the line with a comfortable lead to take the win.

Team MVR-D Suzuki rider, Mattis Karro, finally managed to show his true potential on the World stage at the weekend, as the young Latvian rode to an impressive 12th place overall at the Turkish Grand Prix, held in Istanbul. 

Following bad luck and injury in the opening round's of the championship, Karro rode to a pair of 13th place finishes, running promisingly inside the top-ten at times in both races, to eventually bring his RM-Z250 home in 12th place overall.

MVR-D Suzuki rider, James Noble, left the second round of the World Motocross Championship, held at Sevlievo in Bulgaria at the weekend, as the highest placed Brit in the championship, after a pair of solid rides gave the Suzuki rider 12th overall on the day.

Following a good gate, Noble started the first race of the day outside of the top-ten, fighting to a very credible 14th place at the flag. Come race-two, the RM-Z450 rider was determined to continue his encouraging pace, fighting through the pack early-on to finish one place better in 13th, giving him 12th overall on the day.

The MVR-D Suzuki team, put on another strong performance at the weekend, coming away from the second round of the Maxxis British Motocross Championship, held at Langrish in Hampshire, with all riders finishing inside the top six overall.

In MX1, it would be Carl Nunn, who would end the day as the team's lead rider, but only just, as teammate James Noble stormed ahead in race-one to finish just a place higher in fifth spot. Despite a strong start for Nunn in the first race, where he took the hole-shot, arm pump would see Nunn settle for sixth spot in the first, before a reverse of fortunes in the second race saw Nunn ride to an identical finishing position and Noble a place lower in seventh, due to an early stall.

MVR-D Suzuki rider, Carl Nunn, took Suzuki GB's first MX1 win of the season at the weekend, as the RM-Z450 rider took victory in the second race of the opening round of the Maxxis British Motocross Championship, held at Canada Heights in Kent.

Following a solid start to the season in race one, where Nunn overcame a stall on the opening lap to fight back to sixth place, the MVR-D rider put it all behind him in race two, storming across the line to take the win ahead of Tom Church and Brad Anderson, ending the day in second position overall.

The MVR-D Suzuki team showed their true international potential at the weekend, as Carl Nunn and Mattis Karro both managed to finish inside the top five in the MX1 and MX2 classes of the now famous Hawkstone International event.

In the MX1 class, Nunn overcame early problems in qualifying and the first race where he finished in sixteenth, despite crashing and having to return to the pits, to finish race two on his RM-Z450 in a very impressive fifth place, only behind regular World MX1 contenders. Teammate James Noble suffered similar issues, but less eventual celebration after suffering crashes which would ultimately see him retire.

MVR-D Suzuki rider, Carl Nunn, took his first outdoor win of the season at the weekend, as he and the team took part in the ACU British MMX Championship, held at Little Silver near Exeter in Devon.

Fresh from taking the British Supercross Championship title just a few weeks earlier, Nunn went into the first round of the series in strong form, dominating the restarted first race on his RM-Z450, setting a fastest lap that was two seconds clear of his nearest rivals, to take the win.
